Aeronaut Automation manufactures computer controlled automated cutting systems for industrial, recreational and technical textiles and composite fibres using laser, ultrasonic, rotary blade, crush cut and reciprocating blades. Aeronaut specialises in wide span, flat bed cutting systems and offers a range of single and multi-tool cutters featuring simple, rational engineering. Future proof machines with the best performance and reliability.

ROYAL MOTOR YACHT CLUB

2016 - Current

Since 1926 the Royal Motor Yacht Club has been operating on the shores of Pittwater. The gateway to Broken Bay and the Hawkesbury River, arguably one of the most beautiful boating waterways in the world. We provide many services to members and have both restaurants and bars available to all.

Through the focus of space flight, motors and generators as well as scientific advances involved in the development of semiconductors and electronics, students learn about relativity, the motor effect and solid state physics.

Information Processes and Technology

This course provides students with the opportunity to learn about information-based systems and how social, ethical and non-computer procedures resulting from the processes are considered. Students study different types of information systems and through project work create their own information systems to meet identified needs.

Software Design and Development

Band 6. (Mark of 92)

This course provides students with the opportunity to develop skills in designing and developing software solutions, project management and communication. It does this by looking at the different ways in which software can be developed, the tools that can be used to assist in this process and by considering the interaction between software and other components of computer systems.

Advanced English

This course provides students with the opportunity to explore, examine and analyse a range of texts which include prose fiction, drama, poetry, nonfiction, film, media and multimedia, as well as Australian texts. Students strengthen their knowledge and understanding of language and literature by analysing and evaluating texts and the ways they are valued in their contexts.
